在找工作的时候，到底雇主希望我们会做什么？有哪些技能是必须的?
以下是从1997年10月到2000年1月之间所有在报纸招工广告里要求的技能，按出现的多寡次序排列：
1. Computer use-Windows 懂使用电脑，特别是Windows。
2. Communications skills 交流沟通技巧。

3. Teamwork Skills 团队合作技巧。
(1) Interpersonal Skills 人际关系技巧。
